****Welcome to Andrea's Hair Flairs and Diva Wear. Andrea's Hair Flairs & Diva Wear is a home based boutique. I specialize in fun girly hair bows to boutique clothes. All of my products are created in a smoke and pet free sewing studio. I use only the best products and stand by my work 100%. My clothing creations have finished seams, topstitching is used to insure durability and to create a beautiful finish, and all products are professionally packaged with hangtags.

Payment

****Payment - I accept e-checks and credit card payments through paypal.

*For international purchases, I only accept paypal at this moment.

Shipping

****Shipping - I ship within 2-4 business days unless otherwise stated. Please let me know if you'd like priority before you pay for your item.

*Domestic (within the US) - All items will be shipped first class USPS unless other I've stated other wise.

*International- I will ship via air mail or priority air mail. Please indicate how fast you'd like to receive your item before you pay.

*Please note: If you are purchasing an e-book it will be sent via e-mail.

Refunds and Exchanges

****Returns - I offer returns on NON-CUSTOM items and only if there is a gross error in the listing. I do not offer returns just because the item wasn't exactly as expected. Colors will be slightly different from monitor to monitor in same cases due to different monitor color, contrast, and brightness settings. If you are dissatisfied in any way with your purchase please email me and I will do my best to rectify the situation. I want each and every customer to be happy with their purchase.

*There is absolutely no refund on e-books. Please make sure you have an e-mail address before purchasing.

Additional Policies and FAQs

****Wholesale orders will only be taken May-July 31. Thanks for your understanding. I ask that you order at least 100 pieces of a specific item and 10 pieces of the specific line or color.
