Payment

At this time only Paypal is accepted. Although I would appreciate immediate payment, you have 5 days from purchase to pay for your item(s). If by the 5th day I have not received payment,the transaction will be canceled and I will be forced to report you to Etsy.

Shipping

All items are shipped first class mail. Overseas customers should expect a customs charge. I Ship orders to to the address on your Etsy account. Please make sure that your address is current so as not to delay shipping or have it sent to a wrong address.

Refunds and Exchanges

It is VERY important that you purchase your size. I can not make a larger pair than the size you order.

I do not accept exchanges or refunds. Please make sure that you read descriptions very carefully as your monitor may represent the item differently than it appears in real life. Also, keep in mind that since all items are handmade there might be a slight variation in measurements. Please make sure that you really want an item before you purchase it.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Please note that I am only a single person operation, not a warehouse. I try my best to get to everyone's requests but some things are impossible. I only have limited fabrics available and I only have ready what you see in the shop. If you don't see your size available, please request through ALCHEMY by using the "Request Custom Item" link on the right hand side of the shop. Customs sizes include a $10 drafting fee. Customers may supply their own fabric, please contact me to discuss. I always respond to convos so never hesitate if you have a question.

All listings are for the items described ONLY. If there are shoes or other clothing items or accessories in the pictures, those are displays and are not included in the listing unless specified.
All items are lovingly crafted in a smoke free, dog friendly environment.
