Welcome

Thank you for taking the time to read through Singing Sky's shop policies. When you submit an order you are agreeing to all of my policies. Please read through them thoroughly, and contact me with any questions you may have before submitting an order.

Payment

*Payment is due immediately upon purchase. If you cannot pay right away feel free to contact me before submitting your order, and I'll be happy to reserve an item for you.

*I only accept payment through Paypal, and I am Paypal verified.

*Nothing will be shipped prior to receipt of payment in full.


~PayPal Info~

*Paypal accepts credit cards, debit cards, and e-checks
If paying by e-check, the item will not be shipped until the check has cleared. The standard clearing time on a payment made by e-check through paypal is about 7 days give or take.

Shipping

~Domestic Shipping~

*Cost and Timing:
Domestic shipping is currently a flat rate of $2.25 per item, and an additional .10 cents for each additional item.

*Everything ships USPS first class.

*All orders ship within 72 hours of receipt of payment in full. There may be some exceptions. Please read my shop announcement for up to date shipping times.

*Standard First Class delivery time is 2-3 days (always allow room for exceptions).

*Postal Insurance:
Insurance is not included with shipping charges.
To have postal insurance added to your order please convo me before ordering, and I will add the cost to your order before you checkout.
The cost for insurance is $1.70 for up to $50.00 in merchandise, $2.60 for up to $200.00 in merchandise, $4.60 for up to $300.00 in merchandise.

***I am not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages that are not insured with the USPS.

~Packaging~

*Everything ships securely packaged in a padded mailer.

*Items will come in a reusable matte black tin. Multiple item orders will be grouped into one tin. If you would like more than one gift tin please convo me.

~International Shipping~

*I will ship anywhere in the world as long as customs laws will allow.

*If you do not see a shipping charge for your country please contact me for a quote.

*Please keep in mind, it can take several weeks for packages to reach international destinations.

*Some of the materials in my shop may not be accepted by the customs laws in your country.

*I will not be dishonest about what my packages contain.

*Insurance costs for international destinations may vary. Please contact me for an insurance quote before purchasing an item.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return an item in it's original condition, postmarked within 10 days of receiving the item. All items must be returned in their original packaging.

Once I receive the item back, a full refund will be given minus shipping charges.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Please keep in mind; it is the imperfect nature of the components I use, and my own style of creating which gives my work its charm. Most of my materials are vintage, and in some cases antique. A large percentage of the beads I use were made before the 1960's, and go back as far as the 1940's. Please expect possible signs of age in my work.
