Welcome. Here at Libra Gear I make quality chain jewelry that is accessible to everyone. All of my pieces will fit a variety of sizes with the use of an extender chain. I wish to make your experience with me a wonderful one. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.

Payment

I accept PayPal from anyone and checks or money orders from US residents and banks only. I prefer PayPal for payment. You can pay with PayPal even if you don't have an account. There is a form to fill out at the login screen after you hit the Pay with PayPal button here on Etsy. PayPal payment is due within 3 days unless we discussed it before hand. Check or money orders must be received within 7 business days, again, unless we discussed it. Please contact me if you are paying with a check or money order to let me know it is on its way. I am pretty reasonable, so contact me if there is a problem.

Shipping

I send everything through USPS First Class mail. If you would like insurance, tracking, and/or priority mail we can make arrangements, contact me and I can send you a revised invoice.

I mail first class for international orders as well. If you would like to upgrade to priority international, contact me ans I can send you a revised invoice. Please be aware, international orders MAY be subject to duty taxes by your country's customs. You are responsible for these.

Refunds and Exchanges

If something comes to you damaged I will fix it, please contact me to discuss getting it back to me. I will accept returns within 10 days of the day you receive it and you must have prior consent from me. The item must be in its original condition. All returns are for store credit only.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I will gladly accept custom orders. Most of the styles I have a repeatable, although the focal beads are usually bought in singles. I have many beads available, and am always open to using a bead(s) that you pick out. I get most of my beads from Fire Mountain and here on Etsy, so if you see something you would like to use please don't hesitate to ask.

The metals I regularly use are stainless steel and aluminum. I can use many other metals, I would just need to order them. We can discuss that when you inquire about the order. Some of the other metals available are brass, copper, sterling silver, fine silver, gold, gold filled, titanium, iconel, niobium, nickle silver, bronze, and a non-metal rubber ring.

Custom orders take up to 1.5 weeks to complete. If I have to order supplies for your project it usually takes 10 days to get the metal here and then the week to make it. I can do rush orders but there will be a fee that we will discuss when you inquire. Every case is different and usually depends on shipping costs from my supplier.

Most of the pieces I sell can be shortened or lengthened if needed for no extra charge. If it can't be altered I will make note of that in the listing. Feel free to contact me about altering something you like. :)
