All items are 100% handmade by me unless noted that they are commercial supplies. I try to originally design all of them and use high quality materials. I enjoy making my products very much, so it makes me even happier when I know that somebody out there appreciates what I made!

Payment

Payment is made through Paypal for international buyers.
For local buyers, you can convo me for bank transfer.

Payment for all items should be made not later than 1 month of purchase date. If not, the item will be relisted again.

Shipping

All my packages will be shipped out by regular air mail promptly within 1-2 days upon receipt of payment. Pls be patient and allow for 12-15 days shipping time before they reach you.

If you want your items to be shipped as registered air mail, please notify me in the notes to seller and add $2 to your shipping fee.

Refunds and Exchanges

Lilblackdog Productions will not be liable for items that do not reach you or are damaged when they reach.

However, please rest assured that we will package the items to minimize any damage as best as possible.

If the item that you received wasn't to your satisfaction or what you wanted, please do notify me within 1 week of receiving the product and I will give you a full refund of the item price when you return the item to me.

Items sold in sets can be sold individually too, just drop me a message and tell me which one you would like!
