Welcome

I have been creating things for myself, my family and friends for as long as I can remember. I really enjoy making people happy and giving them something I created helps me do that!

I have taught myself how to do most of the crafts I do, from quilting to jewelry making. My 2 Grandmothers and my Mom taught me to sew when I was in 2nd grade. They also gave me tons of creative influence growing up and many ideas and techniques.... I miss my Grandmothers but am proud to be able to carry on their creative legacy in a small way!

Payment

I accept Paypal and RME (Revolution Money Exchange). I would like for payment to be made immediately if using Paypal. If you would like to use RME, select 'other' as your form of payment, and include the email address used for RME and I will invoice you shortly. (or you may send your RME payment using the email address Ultratrixie42 [!at] yahoo.com ) Thanks!

Shipping

I primarily use first class, due to the lightweight nature of the items I sell. If you prefer Priority mail, let me know and I will invoice you for the difference.
If you would like to add insurance, it is an extra charge and I can add that and invoice you the amount. (1.70)
Usually, I ship items out the next business day after payment has been completed.
Since I use the USPS and send first class, that is why my shipping fees are low.

I try to use recycled shipping containers and envelopes when possible. I work at a mail place, so I have a lot of used envelopes and boxes. I hope that does not bother you- I am just trying to do my part to save the world!

Refunds and Exchanges

I want to make people happy with the items I am selling. If you are really not satified with your product, please let me know as soon as possible and I will do my best to make you happy, if that means a refund, OK. I don't feel that I need to offer up a return policy, cause I am sure you will be pleased with the quality of my workmanship. However, if there is a problem, I will do my best to make you a happy customer...
