I love jewelry! I love making it, and I love making special jewelry for special occasions. Custom orders are very, very welcome!

Payment

I accept PayPal, and you can use any major credit card through PayPal. If you live in Pennsylvania, I must charge 6% sales tax. This is done automatically by PayPal. Thanks!

Shipping

I ship in a jewelry gift box carefully packaged in a shipping box. I ship by priority mail, and I pay for the insurance because that benefits us both. I can usually combine several items in one box for one shipping fee. Please convo me if you are interested. If you'd like an item to be shipped internationally, please convo me for a shipping price. Thanks!

Refunds and Exchanges

I check all jewelry carefully before posting it on Etsy, so I don't anticipate problems with the craftsmanship. I know that colors can look slightly different in a photo, so if something isn't just what you need, I will accept a return as long as you notify me within one week of ordering the item. This should allow plenty of time because I ship priority mail. You will have to pay for the return shipping. Please insure the package. International customers: Of course you will have some extra time on this policy.
