Ciao! Welcome to our BacigirlZ Artful Studio! Please feel free to browse and purchase a little something to add to your wardrobe. We will be happy to answer any questions and will send your order out as soon as your check or money order clears our bank!

We also offer free shipping with a $40.00 purchase! Please email us for a free shipping invoice if your order totals $40.00 or more before taxes.

We were buyer's on Etsy for our first year and enjoyed it here so much, we decided this is where we wanted our creations. Thank you for visiting us!

Payment

BacigirlZ prefers to receive payment by Pay Pal and will send out your purchase as soon as your payment clears our bank. All payments must be made through PayPal and you don't need a PayPal account to pay you can use your credit card without signing up for an account. If you have a problem, please feel free to contact me.
If you commit to buying an item; you have 3 days to make a payment through PayPal. If I have not received a payment within 3 days, I will cancel the sale and re-list the item and it will be available for purchase again.

Shipping

BacigirlZ will send out your purchase by USPS First Class. Most items are shipped 1-3 days after receipt of payment however custom orders will take a few additional days. Once I ship out your item(s), it typically takes 3-7 days to reach you.

Please make sure that your Etsy address and your PayPal address are the same. If you want to purchase insurance, please tell us prior to payment.

Refunds and Exchanges

We want every BacigirlZ client to be a happy customer. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us immediately. If you contact us within 5 days of receiving your purchase with any problems, you may return the item(s) for a full refund.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund return shipping costs. Item(s) must be returned in the exact condition in which you received them.
