Hello and welcome to my online shopping place!

Each piece of jewelry is handcrafted by me unless otherwise indicated using sterling silver, semi-precious stones, freshwater pearls and other materials. All of my glass beads and fused glass works have been properly kiln annealed for strength and durability and should give many lifetimes of enjoyment.

Payment

PayPal is the preferred method of payment. I also accept checks and money orders. Items are shipped within two business days of cleared payment.

To pay with a credit card choose PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account. Once you choose this option at checkout there is an additional step to complete the transaction. Just click on PayPal logo to "pay now"'and complete the transaction at their secured site. It's easy!

California residents must pay 8.75% sales tax automatically calculated by Paypal.

Shipping

Items are shipped USPS first class within two business days of cleared payment. If you prefer Priority mail, additional insurance or delivery confirmation please contact me prior to purchase via Etsy Conversations or click the "contact" link on my shop's home page.

INTERNATIONAL orders are welcome. Please contact me for additional information.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you have a question or concern once you receive your item please feel free to contact me. To request a refund (minus shipping costs), contact me within 10 days of purchase. The item must be returned in original condition and packaging. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
