Welcome

Hello, my name is Annie and I'm an artist, designer, and bead maven extraordinaire. (Seriously, though, I have an absurd quantity of beads for just one woman.)

Moontree Mercantile was borne out of a need to lighten my load a little, as well as a first step towards supplementing my studio income. Someday I'd like to own a bead shop / gallery. Every little bit helps!

Payment

I accept paypal. Please complete payment within 3 days of placing your order. If an issue comes up with completing your payment, I prefer you just let me know- please email me at moontree.studios [!at] gmail.com.

Shipping

Beads are packaged in ziplock baggies with a Moontree Mercantile header card.

Generally I mail out orders within 3 days of receiving payment, or whenever I am able to schlep to the post office (whichever comes sooner). In most cases your order will arrive neatly tucked into a bubble mailer with some colorful tissue inside for padding. I also have a tendency to include extras and goodies, because everybody likes getting nice surprises, right?

I ship everywhere, but if you live somewhere other than the US, Canada, and the UK please note that it might take a little longer for your package to arrive. Feel free to email me if you live in some exotic locale and you have a question.

Refunds and Exchanges

If your items are somehow damaged in transit, or if I forget something in your order, or maybe there's a crazy mix up, or you're just not completely happy with your purchase - rest assured, I will do everything I can to set matters straight. Just send me an email!

Additional Policies and FAQs

REGARDING ARTISAN PAPER BEADS:

*Each bead is hand-wound from long strips of hand-painted and illustrated paper, so it's rare for two beads to ever be exactly alike.

*Handmade beads are finished with a clear resin coating which protects the bead from moisture and brings out the color. However, to protect the beads please avoid abrasives or dampness as much as possible.

*I wholeheartedly welcome wholesale inquiries for my handmade Artisan Paper Beads. If you own a bead or craft shop and are looking for something unique to feature in your store, please send me an email.

*I also create jewelry pieces from my Artisan Paper Beads, and I can do custom orders. Check out my website to learn more about my process and my designs.
