Welcome

These bears are my original creations and are made in a smoke free/pet friendly enviorment.
I have two cats and two dogs, Daisy and Louie, Nora and Una.
They are my moral support and inspiration.
I dye all of my fur and wool and use recycled wool sweaters and coats that I felt and full to just the
right consistency.
I have two grown sons and a husband of 33 years. I am a peaceful, simple person and I am happiest
when I creating and sewing. I also love to tell and hear stories and laugh.

Payment

Payment within two days of purchase.
I accept Paypal and credit/debit cards through Paypal. Tax added for Ca. residents. I cannot mail the bear out until payment is recieved.

Shipping

Within the United States I ship USPS Priority, delivery conformation and insurance is included in the shipping costs.
International: I ship through the USPS (United States Post Office). Any Customs/Import fees etc. are the responsibilty of the buyer.
Contact your local Post Office to find out the import rules for your country.
I cannot list items as "gifts: as this is a violation of the law and carries a fine.
I ship within 3 business days (Mon.-Fri.) of payment.

Refunds and Exchanges

Within 2 days of arrival, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, email me right away to inform me.
The shipping costs to send the bear back to me are the responsibilty of the buyer.
The bear must be in the same condition when shipped to you, that includes the absense of cigarette smoke.
I'll examine the bear to make sure everything is in order and
email you immediately with the results. If a refund is necessary, I will refund the price of the bear,
minus etsy listing fees, paypal fees, and a 10% restocking fee. Refund will be sent within 14 days of my email to you.
