The designs come from my imagination, they are my dreams come to life. I take pride in my craft - everything offered here has been designed and hand painted by me - just for you!

Payment

You will be sent a paypal invoice to pay from - Payment is expected within 3 days of purchase. Your total will include NYS Sales tax if your order is to be shipped within NY state.

I use Paypal to securely process payments - you can use your credit card to pay without having a Paypal account. I also accept echeck payments through Paypal - keep in mind it takes 3-5 business days for an echeck to clear - your item will not ship until the payment clears.

Shipping

I use USPS Priority Mail for shipping to the U.S. Delivery confirmation tracking is included in the price.

If you wish to add insurance - please indicate in the comments section that you wish to add USPS insurance to your package - it will be included on your invoice. USPS insurance for items valued up to $50 is only $1.70!

Refunds and Exchanges

All sales are final. I pay close attention to detail in my work, and am confident that you will love your new ornament. If you have any questions at all regarding my work - please convo me before purchase!

Every package is packed carefully to ensure it safely arrives at its destination. I cannot be responsible for loss or damage after the package is dropped off at the post office if you do not purchase insurance. **Please note - that even with insurance - if an item needs to be replaced due to loss or damage - that it may not be instantly available. Most of my work is one-of-a-kind, and not easily replaced!
