Welcome to beadsbyida! I am very happy that you have found your way to my little shop. Write me a few words and tell what you think. Is there something missing? Payment

Payment must be made via PayPal, unless other methods are agreed. Payment needs to be made within three days or the item will be cancelled and relisted.

All sales are final. By clicking on “CHECKOUT”, you agree to the terms and conditions included in the shop policies.

Shipping

I post on Mondays and Thursdays. If I get the opportunity to visit the post office any other day of the week, I will let you know.

Dispatch time on custom orders varies; contact me for more information.

The items are sent well wrapped in an ordinary envelope. I shall include an invoice of the purchases with every order, which also works as extra padding.

To reduce costs and to help the environment, I often use old envelopes and old newspapers/cardboard boxes as packing material.

I always notify the buyer when the items are shipped.

I am not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged parcels. That is out of my hands. However, I will do everything I can to help with the search if something gets lost. In the unlikely event of the item being lost or damaged in the post, please contact me before leaving feedback. Thank you!

I normally send first class mail but if you want to be on the safe side I can send the items insured. Please contact me for more details and for exact pricing, as this varies with the weight of each package.

Refunds and Exchanges

It is important to me that you are happy with what you have purchased, which is why I include as much information in the listing. Any questions about the item should be asked before buying, as refunds are not offered.

All items are stored in a zip locked bag.

All items are made and stored in a smokefree home.

Please note: the beads and some pendants are made of glass and must be treated as you would treat all types of glass.
