Welcome to Shaded Memories! My goal is to capture beauty through photography and art, and to share that beauty with you! Customer satisfaction is my number one priority. If you're unhappy with your item for any reason, please contact me upon receipt of purchase. I will gladly make every attempt to provide you with artwork that you are happy with. If the problem cannot be resolved, I'll refund the purchase price to you.

I do change my listings frequently. So if you've seen any print in my shop that you're interested in, that's no longer listed, please don't hesitate to contact me. The image is more than likely still available for printing. It's just that I have so many photographs that I'd like to share, and I don't like to have too many photographs listed at once.

Payment

My preferred method of payment is PayPal because it allows me to send your artwork to you more quickly. I also accept checks and money orders.
If you choose to pay via PayPal, please send your payment right away. I do understand that PayPal sometimes has problems, and I will never cancel an order without making 3 attempts to contact a buyer. But if I don't receive payment within 3 business days of the purchase, I do reserve the right to cancel the order. If you are paying by check or money order, please notify me when your payment has been mailed, so I could have your order ready to ship. I will ship the order when payment is received.

Shipping

I will notify you via "conversation" when your item has shipped. If you're purchasing a print, please allow an additional 24-48 hours for your item to ship. I do my own printing, and like to give your photo or artwork ample time to dry before it's sent out.

INTERNATIONAL PURCHASES:
All international purchases ship USPS First Class International, to reduce shipping costs. Shipping times vary, usually from 5-10 business days. If your shipping total is less than you were charged (plus packing material) I'll refund the difference to you through Paypal.

US PURCHASES:
Domestic purchases of prints, 8x8 inches or larger, ship Priority Mail for US purchases. They should arrive in 2-3 business days from when they are shipped. Smaller prints ship USPS First Class. They should arrive in 3-5 business days for US purchases. If you'd prefer expedited shipping for smaller prints please contact me. The cost is $5.00 for USPS Priority Mail.

Please note that Shipping Charges include the cost of packing material necessary, to ensure your package arrives safely.

Refunds and Exchanges

Customer satisfaction is my number one priority! If you're dissatisfied with your photograph or artwork for any reason, please notify me as soon as you receive it. I'll make every attempt to ensure that you're happy with your purchase. If the problem cannot be resolved, I'll issue you a refund for the purchase price.

I welcome custom orders! Please contact me before purchasing if you’d like a print in a size other than the size that’s mentioned in the listing. I’ll create a listing especially for you, and reserve it in your name! Please note that images will be cropped for custom sizes. When I create the custom listing, you'll get to see exactly how the image will appear on your print. If you're not happy with the custom sized image, you're under no obligation to buy it.

All photographic images listed as 8x10, 5x7, or 4x6 are available in sizes 4x6, 5x7, 8x10, and 11 x 14, except where stated in individual listings. All square images are available in 4x4, 6x6, 8x8, or 10x10, except where noted. Prints are available on Enhanced Matte paper or Luster paper. 11x14 images are only available on Canon Fine Art Premium paper with a 1 inch border for easy matting and framing.

Please note that 16x20 inch prints are printed by an outside, professional print company. The pictures are shipped to me first, so that I could check the color and print quality before sending them out to you. Please allow about 7 business days from the time of purchase, for your print to arrive. Size 16x20 is currently available for US purchases only.

My fine art prints are currently available in 5x7 and 8x10 inch formats. Picture that have a square format are available as 5 x 5 and 8 x 8 inch prints, (unless stated in the individual listing). All sizes are printed on 8.5 x 11 inch Epson velvet fine art paper.

If you’d like the paper cut to a specific size, other than what's stated above, please indicate the paper size in “note to seller” at checkout. I’ll custom cut the paper for you, free of charge.

All of the images shown are now available as high quality notecards! These frame-worthy 5x7 or 5x5 images are printed on Museo Art Cards measuring 5 1/2 by 7 3/4 inches,(or approximately 14 cm x 19.8 cm), with archival inks. All images listed in 8x10 or 5x7 format are available as 5x7 inches card images. All square images listed will be printed in 5x5 inch format.

If you'd like an image not currently in my greeting card section printed as a card, please contact me. I'll gladly set up a custom listing for you.
Shipping is just $2.50 for up to 6 greeting cards.
