ABOUT THE PACKAGING:
I am an extreme recycler, the kind that would and has sent things in boxes (Clean) of all kinds. It would not cost me too much to buy new packaging materials...but!....at the heart of being (my version) a crafter and purveyor of vintage things, is someone who hates wasting things! I strongly prefer to use recycled packaging resources first. I try to make my packages look interesting, artsy and appealing, but they do not look streamlined. They are a bit funky, like my items. I hope you will enjoy receiving them as I have enjoyed wrapping them. They often look like a present I would send to a friend.
**********INTERNATIONAL ORDERS? YES! (But Please Note that International Orders may take longer. IF you would like faster shipping or insurance $2, please convo me BEFORE YOU ORDER an item, so that I can give it a new shipping price and reserve the item for you to buy.)

Refunds and Exchanges

There are no refunds, but if you are really interested in something (like clothing for instance) and you aren't sure if it will work for you if you buy it, then convo me. I can take more measurements of the item for you or more pictures, etc. I can reserve it for you temporarily for a couple days while you think it over. I'm willing to help.
In the unfortunate event that something arrives in a postally damaged condition, i will refund half of your costs (this includes shipping). I may ask for proof of damage.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Since I cannot control the way colors turn out on your monitor, the colors may not be exactly the same as in real life, please take this into consideration. If you would like to know the color and I have not aptly described it, please convo me and I will describe in detail, my interpretation of the color. I know how important it can be to some that the color be just right.
Also, vintage items are not usually perfect. If something is chipped or scratched, etc, I will mention these conditions, but perfect condition is not the default. I consider vintage to be appealing partially because things are worn, previously loved and have what is known as "character". A thing having character means it has imperfections that contribute to its beauty. The vintage items that have been handmade by someone a long time ago will have character, perhaps more character than commercially made vintage items. However I do come across some just about "perfect" or "mint condition" items every so often and I will state them as such.
