Payment

I accept PayPal. Etsy allows you 3 days to complete payment, but I'm flexible. If you need a little more time to pay, let me known and we can work something out. Keep in mind that if you pay with a PayPal e-check, it can take up to 10 days to clear. I'll ship your order out immediately after I receive your payment.

Shipping

I ship items via USPS first class mail with delivery confirmation.

I'll send your order to the address you provided Etsy at checkout. (Lots of customers do not have matching PayPal and Etsy addresses.) I ship items quickly after payment is received. Usually within 24 hours. Custom orders take a wee bit of extra time. I will let you know if I suspect any kind of delay.

Refunds and Exchanges

Please contact me right away if you are not 100% satisfied, or if you suspect your order is missing. Each case is unique, so I will deal with the situation on a case by case basis, but I want you to be a happy customer and I offer a money-back guarantee.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I pack all items in a gift box and ship them in bubble mailers. All items are made in a smoke-free home. While these pendants are water resistant, they are not waterproof--so avoid submerging in water.
