Payment

I prefer payment by PayPal, but if you are in Australia or have an Australian bank account I can also accept bank deposits.

Shipping

I send items to you in the best way possible for the items sent. If it is an artwork, it will be sent with a thick piece of card so that it doesn't bent, plus maybe some bubble wrap too. If it is a brooch, usually I send it wrapped up in tissue/book pages inside a padded envelope. Zines are usually send wrapped in brown paper and string, or if I have one handy, in a big envelope.

Refunds and Exchanges

If something gets broken in the mail, I will send you a new one if this is your desire. The paper brooches are not meant to last forever, so if they eventually become paper mache that is thier nature.
