*** All products are handmade from a smoke-free and pet-free home. Well, we do have pets but they live in fish tanks :) so I don't know if that counts. UPDATE - they've been flushed down in the toilet for several months now so we are pet-free! ***

Payment

I take Paypal only. Sorry! I don't get to my bank often enough to deposit cheques or money orders. Not to mention they charge me a LOT to deposit US currency.

Shipping

-- SHIPPING INFORMATION --

All orders are shipped within 3 days of receiving cleared payment. I will ship to the address you provided on the ETSY RECEIPT, unless otherwise stated on your message.

Orders are shipped via regular Canada Post mail. Depending on the weight, shipment usually takes between 6-10 business days. Please note however, that there are instances when customs will hold and inspect the item which may delay delivery time for up to 4 weeks. Feel free to convo me if you have not received your item after in 3-4 weeks and we can work something out.

Refunds and Exchanges

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. At any time within 30 days of receipt of your item, if you are not happy with your purchase, please return the item in its original condition and I will gladly refund or replace it for you.
