Payment

Please pay when you order a Zillow Pillow! Every customer I have had (except one) has paid immediately! I appreciate this and when I purchase something from another Etsy buyer I make this my first priority as well!

I only list shipping for the United States, but I have made exceptions when contacted from a buyer outside of the U.S. :) Just ask, and a Zillow Pillow could be floating to you soon!

Shipping

I ship in a sturdy box with priority shipping. I usually ship as quickly as next day (unless it is a weekend or holiday) because I like to get my shipments as quickly as possible.

Refunds and Exchanges

I do not offer refunds or exchanges unless there is an error on my part. Zillow Pillows generally should arrive no later than 5-7 days after purchase. PLEASE convo/email me if you have not received your Zillow Pillow.
