Payment

I gladly and gratefully accept PayPal and credit-cards through PayPal. If using an e-Check, please note that your order will not be shipped until the e-Check clears.

Etsy defaults to USD, but I gladly accept EUR. If paying in EUR, please mention so in the "notes to seller" when placing your order, then wait for an invoice before paying.

If you purchase something and change your mind before paying for your order, please let me know as soon as possible. I will not leave negative feedback for canceled transactions, but I will leave negative feedback if I am not notified of the cancellation.

Shipping

I try to ship as quickly as possible after receiving orders. This generally occurs within two business days (Monday-Saturday) of the order being placed.

Everything is sent USPS First Class with Delivery Confirmation by default. If you need something shipped faster (i.e. Priority) or Insurance for your order, Convo me before purchasing your order so I can adjust the shipping price for you.

International buyers are responsible for any customs or duty fees which may incur upon purchased items.

If your address differs between Etsy and PayPal, please let me know as soon as possible. If I cannot reach you within 72 hours, I will ship to your Etsy address.

Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the nature of the products I sell, I cannot accept returns. If you feel that there was a flaw in the craftsmanship which has effected the quality of your purchase, please contact me and we can work something out.

Additional Policies and FAQs

- Custom Orders -
I will gladly accept custom orders as I'm able. Customs are completed in the order received. I will try to give a time estimate when the order is placed.

I ask for either a 50% deposit or full payment up-front, depending on the situation (i.e. if I have to order fabric for your order I will ask for full-payment). Payment is done before sewing begins.

- Studio Environment -
Everything in my store is made in a smoke-free environment, but please note that Holly the Border Collie inspects every order to ensure quality. Please take this into consideration if you have a severe dog allergy - wash the pads as soon as you receive them.

All of the fabric is washed with BioKleen "Free and Clear" laundry detergent. White vinegar is also added to the wash water. Dryer sheets are never used. I have many allergies myself, and try to keep others' allergies in mind when washing the fabric.
