An independent creative company with a simple honest approach to design. Based in Austria, in a medieval Schloss surrounded by vineyards and apricot orchards. We're not very big but we're good and we're passionate about what we create. hard graft™ products are handmade entirely in Austria & Italy and we endeavour to use only natural sustainable materials.

Payment

We accept payment through paypal with a paypal account or credit card.

20% Austrian sales tax will be added through a seperate paypal invoice to shipping addresses within the EU.

Shipping

Shipping is through the Austrian postal service and all orders are shipped insured and must be signed for on delivery. We are not responsible for any import duties or taxes.

Refunds and Exchanges

We don't offer refunds or exchanges on items sold in our etsy store. these items are either one-off specials or of very limited quantity.
