Welcome

Thank you for exploring my shop. I want all my customers to be 100% satisfied so please review all policies before purchasing. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact me. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact me before leaving feedback. I will do everything in power to remedy any issues.

I welcome any inquiries about altering a current item or custom orders. Clip-on earrings are often available at no extra charge. Please refer to individual listings for more information. If you have further questions, please contact me via "Conversations".

Payment

Personal checks will only be accepted if you request so before purchase, providing the exact purchase price plus S&H and any applicable taxes. Items will not be shipped until the check has cleared. All checks should be made payable to Meero Designs.

Missouri residents will be charged an additional sales tax.

Payment must be made within 3 days of purchase. If you can not make the payment within the required time frame, contact me to discuss your options. If I do not receive communication within 3 days of purchase, your order will be cancelled.

Contact me regarding cancellation of orders.

For custom orders, the total price is required to be paid via Paypal or personal check (which is only accepted after request by convo approval) before work begins on your piece. Please allow 7 business days for the creation of your custom item before shipment.

Shipping

All domestic packages ship via U.S.P.S. First Class Mail with delivery confirmation; First Class International outside U.S.

Shipping upgrades are available at an addtional fee and quotes are available by request through Convos (in the shop, click "Contact Seller") before payment.

I often check for the additional 4-digit code of your zip code to aid in quicker shipping time!

Items are placed in a box with extra padding inside a bubble envelope to arrive safely and undamaged.

To guarantee the safe arrival of your package, you should request INSURANCE and/or additional TRACKING. Missing or damaged orders cannot be replaced without one of these. If you would like insurance/tracking, please contact me before payment for the additional cost(s). Packages confirmed as delivered by the USPS will not be replaced.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Buyer is responsible for their country's customs/VAT fees. I will not mark the item(s) as "gift" on the customs form.

otherwise your purchase may be cancelled and payment refunded if the items are prohibited.

To avoid delivery delays, please make sure that your Etsy and PayPal/personal check addresses match. If they do not, I will ship to the Etsy address.

If your purchase is a gift, I will wrap accordingly and ship to the giftee's address if requested before or at the time of purchase for no extra fee.

Refunds and Exchanges

For refunds or exchanges, please contact me within 7 days of receipt of your purchase. Provide the reason for refund/exchange and your USPS insurance, delivery confirmation, or tracking number. Replacement items can not be shipped and/or purchase price can not be refunded until the original item is returned.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Contact can be made via "Conversations" at the top of the screen. You must be logged in to your Etsy account in order to send/receive convos. Please be sure you receive e-mail notificaiton of Etsy convos received to ensure smooth transactions.

All items are created in a pet-friendly, smoke FREE environment.
