All orders are packaged within my signature hunter green gift boxes, wrapped with white ribbon, and protected with tissue paper for an elegant presentation.

Payment

I accept several forms of payment -

Paypal
Money Order
Credit Card (via phone)

If you would like to pay via Credit Card (Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express) please convo me PRIOR to ordering with your phone number so I can call you and arrange for payment.

I adhere to Etsy's payment deadlines...if after 3 days payment has not been received, I will contact Etsy as appropriate and cancel your order.

5% sales tax will be applied to Virginia residents.

Shipping

****US Orders****

Orders are processed and ship via USPS First Class Mail ($3.00) within 2-3 business days. While all packages have Delivery Confirmation, I cannot track packages via this option.

If you would like me to upgrade your order to Priority Mail, please contact me prior to ordering so I can create a RESERVED listing for you including all your items and the appropriate shipping charges. Priority Mail is $6.00. If you would like insurance, that will be calculated on a case by case basis and will be added to your order as appropriate.

Please note that I ship to the address that is indicated on your PayPal account so I can be covered under PayPal’s protection policy. I cannot be responsible for packages sent to incorrect or outdated addresses. Please double check to verify that the shipping address is correct and current. Should a package be returned to me, buyer will be responsible for shipping charges for me to reship the package to you.

~ Please plan accordingly during holidays as processing time WILL BE LONGER due to the high volume of orders!!! ~

****International Shipping****

Orders are processed within 2-3 days and ship within 3-4 business days. While my schedule is fairly flexible, please note that I only make it to the Post Office to ship International orders twice a week, approximately Tuesday and Friday. If your order has not been processed by the time I normally run my errands, it will be shipped the next appropriate errand day.

All International orders will be shipped via USPS First Class International Mail (formally called “Airmail”) unless otherwise arranged with me prior to your order. Insurance is ~NOT~ available with this option. Items shipped via USPS First Class canNOT be tracked (as USPS does not offer that option), nor can I offer insurance on them. I am not responsible for packages sent via this option.

If you would prefer that I ship your package with insurance, please note that you will need to CONTACT ME prior to your purchase via convo or email at info at jennifercasady.com so I can create a RESERVED listing with your items with the appropriate shipping charges included. Insurance is ONLY available with USPS Priority International Mail and is $16.00 *plus* insurance charges. I will calculate charges by the USPS website based upon your country.

I cannot be responsible for packages that get stuck in customs, as can sometimes happen. I have absolutely no control over customs agents. I do NOT, and will not, lie on a customs form. Please do not ask. Items will be marked "Other" and labeled with an appropriate description and value.

Buyer is responsible for all customs fees and taxes that may apply.

Refunds and Exchanges

Returns and/or exchanges can be made within 14 days of the purchase. Shipping the returned item to me will be the Buyer's responsibility. For your safety, I recommend that any return made to me be fully insured and via a carrier that provides tracking information. In the event that a returned package is lost or damaged during the shipment back to me, I will not be able to refund you. You will need to contact the shipping courier that you selected and file an insurance claim. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser. Some return exceptions to this policy may apply and is at my discretion.

Please note: Custom orders are NOT returnable!!
