Payment

Paypal is my preferred method of payment. It is secure and easy to use. Personal checks and money orders will also be accepted at my discretion. Items will be held until check clears before shipping.

I am pleased to offer a layaway policy which make it possible for anyone to afford beautiful, quality, handcrafted gifts! 50% of the total price (including shipping) is due upon purchase with the remainder to be paid within 6 weeks. Goods will be shipped upon completion of payment. Layaway arrangements must be made prior to purchase. If payment agreement is not honored the item will be relisted and all payments are non-refundable. No exceptions.

Shipping

I am based in the midwestern United States. Instock items will be shipped within 2 business days of receipt of payment. All domestic items are shipped via USPS Priority with delivery confirmation. Canadians pay the listed shipping rate. If you are outside the US or Canada please contact me for an international shipping quote. All domestic purchases over $100 include FREE SHIPPING INSURANCE! Optional insurance for purchases under $100 is available and recommended. SMSS will not be held responsible for uninsured packages that are damaged or lost in the mail. Purchasing insurance will protect you from loss.

Refunds and Exchanges

I always aim for my customer's complete delight with their purchases from start to finish. If you are unsatisfied in any way I want to hear about it and I will attempt to correct the situation. At this time I am not accepting returns or offering exchanges unless there is a defect in workmanship or a misrepresentation in the listing. If there is a defect in workmanship you will be offered a repair, exchange, or refund at my discretion.
