1/8/09: I am closing this shop and will be pursuing my metalsmithing career further. I've enjoyed working in a variety of mediums over the years and it's hard to say goodbye to my rock n beads, but I must follow my heart and do what I love the most - working with fire and metal.

EVERYTHING is 40% OFF until gone! I will soon be adding some of my overstock distash items, time permitting.

All items have already been discounted 40%. Due to this sale there will be no fancy packaging, but all items will be securely shipped in ziptop packs.

Payment

I accept Credit Cards, Cashier Checks & Money Orders.
I am PayPal verified.

• CREDIT CARDS:
Payment is due and appreciated at time of purchase. If there is a problem making payment, please notify me immediately so we can work together to resolve it.

Payments are accepted via PayPal, but you do not need a PayPal account, just click on the PayPal option upon Etsy checkout and follow the instructions. However, by having a PayPal account it entitles you to PayPal protection services and other perks.
Just follow PayPal’s instruction for set up. All you need is an email address and a password.

• CASHIER CHECKS & MONEY ORDERS(US only):
I happily accept these forms of payment. However I must receive the check within 7 days of purchase. I will ship your package ASAP once the check clears. Please feel free to convo me if there is a problem with this timeframe.

• CANCELLATION •
If payment is not received as per the time frames noted above, the item(s) will be re-listed and the transaction cancelled.

Shipping

• SHIPPING ADDRESS •
Shipping labels are printed through PayPal. Please make sure that this is the address you want it shipped to.

• SHIPPING, PACKAGING & POSTAGE •
Orders are shipped USPS First Class Mail 2-3 business days after receipt of payment, unless otherwise stated (excludes Monday's, weekends and major US holidays) - includes Delivery Confirmation. No confirmation is available for International shipping.

Please note that I take great care in every step from creating to packaging to shipping in order to insure that you receive your item(s), and in the same excellent condition as when leaving my hands. If you're concerned about the safety of your package, please read my Insurance policy on adding shipping insurance.

- Postage - please make sure to check the actual listing that you are interested in, as due to weight the costs vary. I ship to:

Canada
*International (Everywhere Else). International customers are responsible for any taxes, duties or other related Custom fees.

*International orders are shipped on Tuesday's and Friday's.

• INSURANCE • is optional. Please let me know if you want to add this option BEFORE paying via "Message to Seller" as I will need to send you a revised invoice.

• CUSTOMER SATISFACTION •
My hubby always says: "I'm happy when you're happy" - that is how I want my buyers to be. Please feel free to message me immediately or within 5 days of receipt if you have any questions, comments or problems with your purchase. I am e-mail friendly and will be more than happy to handle any concerns you may have with immediate attention to resolve it. If a refund is the final outcome, the item must be *returned to me within 5 days of our refund agreement. You will receive a refund for the purchase amount, less shipping, once I receive the returned item.

• MY STUDIO •
I create in my smoke-free and cat-free home studio. I do have 3 tiny little 4-legged short haired 'kids', but they can barely reach the curb, so no worries about them touching anything.
