Please contact me through etsy conversations as I check that the most frequently. In addition, any "message to seller" notes must be left in the ETSY part of the checkout process (not PayPal) as I will not see your message otherwise! Thanks!

Because this is my destash shop, I don't always have large quantities of the supplies sold here. SO, if I do have more of a particular item than what is currently listed, I've made a note at the bottom of the description. Genius, I say! Need more? Just convo me and I'm all yours!

Payment

You do not need a PayPal account to pay with PayPal; Any credit or debit card will be accepted. If you have any trouble with the checkout process, I am happy to help.

I also accept credit cards using my own processing company; Contact me for this payment option.

I currently accept PayPal and credit/debit card payments only, but if you'd prefer to pay me with a check, money order, or gift card (I like Sephora!) feel free to contact me to make arrangements.

PayPal payment is due within 3 days; If you need more time, no worries, just let me know! If no payment/contact is made within 3 days, the transaction will be canceled.

Shipping

As a fellow bead addict, I know the wait for your new goodies can be excruciating, and therefore I try to get all orders out ASAP! Your beads will ship within 2-5 days via USPS first class mail and will arrive packaged safely in a recycled bubble mailer.

All US orders (over $10 value) are sent with delivery confirmation. Feel free to contact me for the tracking information once your order has shipped.

Need Priority Mail? Contact me to set this up; The price for US Priority Mail is $5.50 and $13.00 for international orders.

International orders may take longer to arrive, depending on your location. Please allow 7-21 days for delivery, and up to a month if your item is opened in customs. (That is not common, though!) Beads Anonymous is not responsible for any fees you may incur via customs, but if a package is lost or damaged it will be taked care of asap.

Please note: Your order will ship to the address provided in the ETSY checkout- not PayPal. However, I always appreciate matching addresses.

Refunds and Exchanges

I hope you love, love, love your goodies... but if not, exchanges can be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Please contact me prior to sending anything back. No returns/refunds except in special circumstances- or of course if I make a mistake. (me? gasp!) Customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Please read descriptions carefully (especially sizes!) so as to avoid the need for an exchange (I know, the metric system confuses me, too)- Merci Beaucoup! ;)
