(Q)- Do you accept custom orders?
(A)- I am not currently accepting custom orders.
But hopefully sometime soon!
Payment
(Q)- What forms of payment do you accept?
(A) - I accept payments through Paypal. There is no need to register, and payments are made securely by Credit Card. If you'd like to purchase from my shop, but don't have a credit card, feel free to contact me and I'd be happy to accept a money order.
*** Please make sure your Paypal address is the correct shipping address for your purchase. I will only ship to the address listed in your Paypal account due to their terms and rules. ***
Shipping
(Q)- How will my item be shipped?
(A) - All of my premade items are sent within 3 business days of payment. All shipments are made through the USPS, and domestic shipments include delivery confirmation. *Sew Serious is not responsible for any items lost or damaged in the mail.* Although it is a rare occurrence, lost mail can happen! If you'd like to add insurance to your package, please let me know.
Custom items will be shipped within a discussed amount of time.
(Q) - How long will my item take to arrive?
(A) - Domestic packages take an average of 3-14 business days to arrive after shipment. International packages, including Canada and Mexico, can take up to 4 weeks to arrive.
(Q) - Can I upgrade to a faster shipping?
(A) - Absolutely! If you'd like to have your items sent express, please contact me for a shipping quote.
(Q) - Do you ship overseas?
(A) - Yes, I do! But international customers (including Canada and Mexico) must make sure they are aware of all Customs Laws/Tariffs and postal regulations. Sew Serious can not be held responsible for customs fees and taxes. Please reference your country's postal office for customs information.
Refunds and Exchanges
(Q)- Do you accept returns?
(A)- Sew Serious will only accept returns on items that have been misrepresented in the shop. If you receive an item that was not as listed, I will be happy to issue you a refund. Please notify me within 48 hours of receiving and I will give you the OK to return the item(s) to me. Items must be returned to me within 14 days, along with any freebies and gifts that were included. Product must be in new and unused condition. I will issue a refund via Paypal for the full cost of the item only upon receiving your return.
To make sure there is no misunderstandings, please be sure to read listings completely. Pay attention to measurements and make sure what you are purchasing will fit your needs.
