To everyone! Thank you for buying and supporting my work.
Here are some details on my shop policies; if something is missing, please contact by email concerning your inquiry.

Payment

* Are accepted, Paypal and money orders. No personal check please!
(Please note that I allow 2 weeks (10 open days) for all money orders from Canada and USA, and 4 weeks (20 opens days) from EveryWhere else to arrive; I will of course contact you before cancelling or reporting the same. Or contact me if you think it might arrive later.)
* Payment must be made within 3 days of your purchase. Item will be shipped as soon as payment is received. If no payment is received and/or no attempt to contact/notify me, I reserve the right to cancel a sale.
* If you want to cancel a sale, please contact me as soon as possible. If Item has not been shipped, cancellation will be smooth for everyone :).
* Please insure that your ETSY mail address is the same as your PAYPAL address, to reduce confusion. Or, using the same email used to make payment, email me to clearly specify where you want to item to be ship. Email must be the same used with PAYPAL!

Shipping

* All item are shipped via Canada Post and International Canada Post.
* There are upgrades option possible; please notify me by convo before or at the same time as purchase is made, so we can discuss your needs. I will of course need to charge you an extra for this services. And costs vary with your location.
* My items are well packed; in bubble wrap, into protective sleeve for artwork and cardboards to avoid bending, in a bubbled and water-proof envelop.
* Custom items made require a week to be done. Buyer should will be notify after one week after purchase that item has been successfully shipped.
* Shipping locations:

{ Canada }
- All items purchased are mailed through regular mail and should usually takes 3-5 days to reach you. If you want a faster shipment or protection, you need to advise me by email, because the shipping cost will be increased. Please let me know when you check out and I will send you a bill to reflect this additional cost.

{ USA }
- All items purchased are mailed through air mail and should usually takes 4-10 days to reach you. If you want a faster shipment or protection, you need to advise me by email, because the shipping cost will be increased. Please let me know when you check out and I will send you a bill to reflect this additional cost.

{ International }
- All packages will be shipped International Air Small Packets and usually takes 10-12 days to reach you. Unfortunately, there is no way for you or I to track your package unless you would like to upgrade to another service for an additional cost. Please contact me for any questions regarding your shipping options.

Refunds and Exchanges

* Return are accepted with a justifiable reason; if item has not been damaged but you are not satisfy with your item, exchange will be granted; you need to contact me by convo or email. Items must be undamaged and in original packaging. Your are responsible for return shipping cost. A full refund, minus shipping, will be given when item is received by seller. Buyer needs to contact me up to five(5) days after receiving the item.
* Total refund will be given ONLY if item has been damaged. I will also ask for digital pictures of items as a security.
* The shipping cost for returns will be the buyer's responsibility EXCEPT if item is damaged.
* There is no return on custom items.
