Payment

Paypal is prefered.

Canadians may also pay with Canadian Cheque or Money Order. Items will not be shipped until payment has cleared.

Shipping

I ship everything by Canada Post Monday - Friday. Packages will go out within 3 business days of your cleared Paypal payment. Outside of Canada, deliveries might take upto 14 business days to arrive.

Jewellery will be packaged as flat as possible to keep shipping costs down. Light packets must not exceed 20mm including packaging! So I will only use boxes for very thick or delicate pieces, in which case the shipping will be higher.

Once I use up my current supply of packaging materials I will be using more recycled packaging - always clean and neat, still.

**Please be aware of your Country's import tax and duties - buyer is responsible for those fees, if any.**

Refunds and Exchanges

Returns? For health and hygiene reasons earrings cannot be returned. Please check the pictures carefully and feel free to convo me with any questions before you buy.
Other items can be returned within 2 weeks in original condition, for store credit or a refund LESS shipping cost. Please contact me before returning.
