Payment

At this time I accept paypal only.
I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO RE-LIST AN ITEM IF I DO NOT RECEIVE PAYMENT WITHIN THREE DAYS OF THE PURCHASE DATE. I also reserve the right to sell reserved custom orders to the public if not bought after a week. If for some reason you wish to hold an item but can not pay for it right away contact me and I will see what can be worked out.

Shipping

My items usually ship out within one to three days, unless I am out of town (then I will inform you). I will let you know when your item is shipped too.
I will not be responsible for packages lost or damaged during shipping.

Refunds and Exchanges

Purchases are final, no refunds. If for some reason the item you receive is not as it is described in the listing or there is something wrong with it, please contact me as soon as possible and I will see what can be worked out.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I am not taking commissions at this time, but if you see something that I no longer have in stock and would like to "suggest" that I make another one I may be willing to do that for you. ^_^
