Payment

I currently only take PayPal.

Payment is due immediately upon checkout. If for some reason you cannot make payment right away, please send me a message to let me know the situation.

Shipping

All items are automatically sent via Parcel Post using the United States Postal Service. Usually this service takes between 4-6 business days to reach most locations.

Unless otherwise specified, orders will be shipped to the address in your paypal account.

I do not include Insurance in my shipping rates, however if you want the insurance please let me know & I will do an updated invoice for the additional insurance charge. I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages. But if something should happen that you do not receive your package or it is damaged, please contact me & we will work it out together!

I package all of my items with the best of care, to make sure they arrive safely.

Refunds and Exchanges

I do not offer any refunds but if for some reason, you are truly unhappy with your purchase, message me and we can work something out.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I try to respond to my Etsy messages within 24 hours (weekdays). If you haven't heard back from me within that time, then it's likely that your message didn't get to me due to technical issues.
