Welcome to ColorPlay Fibers!

All ColorPlay yarns are hand-dyed by me, with care in my smoke-free studio.

Due to the nature of hand-dyed yarn, each skein is unique. Even skeins from the same batch may differ slightly from each other. For projects requiring more that one skein please consider buying them from the same batch, or placing a custom order.

Payment

I accept payment through Paypal or credit card. A Paypal account is NOT required to pay by credit card, just follow the Paypal instructions at checkout.

Shipping

All orders are shipped within 48 hours of payment--most the next day.

US Shipping:
All US shipments are sent via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation.

Canada:
Shipments to Canada are sent via USPS First Class Mail with delivery confirmation.

Everywhere else:
I am happy to ship to you! Choose EVERYWHERE ELSE as your shipping option. Once I have your address, I can find out the full shipping charge and send you a revised invoice.

Please note that any customs duties, fees, tariffs, or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the buyer.

Refunds and Exchanges

I want you to love your ColorPlay yarn! If you have any concerns please let me know.

I know it's hard to choose colors on-line given the differences in computer monitors. If you'd like to exchange or return your yarn, please contact me within 7 days of receipt. I will accept returns of yarn in original condition shipped within 14 days of receipt. A refund will be issued for the purchase price of the yarn. Shipping charges are not refundable.
