Payment

~Payment~We only accept Paypal payments and you can also use your credit card to pay via Paypal without having to sign up for a Paypal account.
Payment is expected upon checkout, unless other arrangements have been made.~

Shipping

~Shipping:Our items are shipped within 2-3 days of receiving payment via 1st class mail. If you're in a pinch please convo us before you purchase so we can discuss expedited shipping.~

~Necklaces and bracelets are sent carefully packaged, most of the time using recycled material, please let me know if this a gift as I can always include a gift card note for you.~
~I am happy to change bracelet size for you, just leave a note in message to buyers or you can convo me.~
~Artwork is shipped carefully padded and boxed appropriately~

Refunds and Exchanges

~Refunds are only offered on a case by case basis due to the custom, one of a kind pieces we create. We always encourage adding insurance onto your package to guarantee your piece of art/jewelry will covered should damage arise en route to you. (Please let us know prior to checkout so that we can revise the invoice for you, before paying)~

~Please note that because we show at a gallery here in Denver there may be times when we have to take items from our Etsy shop to the gallery, we will do our best to keep you informed of what is happening in our little part of the world.~
