Welcome to Displaced Moose!

My items are created as an outlet for teaching stress, and as such are usually one-offs. I do like working with artisan yarns, although many of my items are made with commercial products. What they all have in common is that the idea, or yarn, or stitch caught my fancy! Hopefully, they'll catch yours too!

Payment

I take PayPal, and cheques from UK addresses only.

I will wait for cheques to clear before shipping the item.

Shipping

I aim to ship within 3 days of receiving payment - I will contact you if there is a problem.

I'm happy to ship internationally - please contact me if you have a query about rates or special shipping instructions.

Refunds and Exchanges

I will give a refund or exchange on items that are faulty; for example, if they unravel or come apart.

I do include care instuctions with my items; refunds will not be given for damage caused by not following these instructions.

Unfortunately, I cannot give refunds on hats.

Additional Policies and FAQs

My items are made in a smoke-free, cat-friendly space (i.e. my living room!).

I'm sorry that I am unable to take Alchemy or custom orders at this time, as we're busy expecting our first baby!
