Payment

I accept credit cards and e-checks via PayPal. Other forms of payment may be accepted on a case-by-case basis.

Recently there has been a rash of people "buying" products then not paying for them. In some cases, the buyers have responded to my attempts to contact them, in others not. PLEASE DO NOT DO THIS. It costs me money to list an item, and Etsy takes a cut of the sale price when a sale is made, whether the seller is paid or not.

If you want me to hold an item until you gather your money, I'm usually willing. Otherwise, if you "buy" an item and do not pay within seven (7) days, I will be forced to cancel the sale and leave negative feedback.

Shipping

Products shipped within the United States will be shipped first class insured. Products shipped outside the United States will be shipped first class.

Refunds and Exchanges

I will replace or refund products that arrive damaged, if reported within 10 days of my notification that your product has shipped. I do request that you send me the damaged item.

If your product does not arrive at all, please let me know.
