If return is due to defect of manufacturing, there's no charge for us sending you a Return Label if done with in 7 days of receiving date shown.
Option B: Use a Carrier of your choice and take the packaged item with you to any carrrier. For your protection PLEASE insure the item for full value of the merchandise being returned as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.
All returns will be via your PayPal account and will be up to Paypal as to how fast they return your credit.

Paypal terms only. Credits are via your Paypal account and will be issued to you by us but it will be up to PayPal to as to how long it takes for your credit to appear.

Shipping time after your paid order can be up to 3 weeks. Under no circumstances TOG SOAP MAKING TOOLS cannot be held responsible for your order once it leaves our hands. Although insurance is optional, we strongly recommend that you choose to insure your package. Insurance is meant to protect you, the buyer. Just send us a convo to let us know if you would like to add insurance to your order and we will be happy to send you a revised invoice. Buyer assumes the risk of loss and/or damage by not opting for extra insurance. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged by the carrier. We will not replace or refund for lost or damaged packages.
TERMS & CONDITIONS---SHIPPING POLICY
Please allow 17 working business days for your product to be sent. You will receive an e-mail confirmation when your package has shipped. Again all items are handmade and require a wait time of 14-17 business days before shipping. UPS is our preferred carrier however, we reserve the right to use any carrier for yor package. We will take every measure on our part to make sure that your package is secure in the box as we cannot be responsible for packages once they have left our shop and is in the carriers hands.
We are not responsible for packages lost in transit, damages, or confiscated by customs of the US or other countries, and unfortunately we can not provide refunds or re-ship orders. Remember,if your shipment is damaged in transit, please take a photo and contact the carrier (UPS) for assistance and your reimbursement. Do not contact us as insurance was purchased through the carrier.

All "Custom" orders are final and cannot be returned for a refund, for Any Reason.
