Welcome to my Voodoo Primitives shop! All of my items are handcrafted in what I have coined the "conjure art" style, which is my signature blend of Louisiana folk art, Voodoo art, gothic art, outsider art, and contemporary Mesoamerican decorative design. While I have several other websites where I sell my Voodoo dolls, I have reserved my Etsy shop for carrying my new line of Bayou Swamp babies and poppet pals.

Payment

I use Paypal as my secure payment processor. This means you may pay via your Paypal account, or via echeck or any major credit card, even without a Paypal account. I also accept personal checks and money orders, if that is more convenient for you. Please note that if paying by check or money order, your item will not be shipped until your payment has cleared. Your check is expected within 5 days, or I reserve the right to relist the item.

Once you have committed to purchasing an item, immediate payment is expected. You will receive an invoice via email that contains a link that will take you to the Paypal website for payment. Remember, you do not have to have an account with Paypal to make your purchase. I use Paypal because they provide the safest, easiest way to accept payments from around the world.

Shipping

All items are shipped via the United States Postal Service. Shipping price includes insurance and tracking capability.

I take extraordinary care in packing each order with plenty of secure shipping supplies and have never received a complaint of any item arriving broken. In the few event this has occurred, it has been the sole responsibility of the USPS for careless handling of your package; therefore, should anything break during shipping, you MUST FILE A CLAIM with the USPS. This means, you will have to take your package to your local post office for them to examine the damage they caused. I am NOT RESPONSIBLE for any damage caused by the USPS. Once the package leaves my hands and after inspection by the USPS for secure shipping guidelines, it is no longer under my control and you must deal with the USPS. This is why all orders are insured, the cost of which is calculated in the shipping total.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are not fully satisfied with your item once you receive it, you may request a refund for the cost of the item minus shipping. You must notify me of your request within 72 hours of receipt of the item. Please do not ask for a refund if it has been longer than that. You should know immediately if you love it or not. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item, and the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was sent. Refunds will not be given until the item is returned. To request a refund, please email customerservicefairy [!at] mysticvoodoo.com and a friendly being from the fae race will assist you.
