Hi and welcome to the nitty gritty details. I think I have covered everything, but if not then please drop me a line and I will gladly answer any questions you might have.

Payment

PayPal is my preferred method of payment. This enables me to send out your purchase much faster. However, if this is not an option, I will also accept certified Money Orders. Purchases paid for by M.O will not ship out until payment arrives and is deposited. I am sorry, but I am unable to accept any other type of payment.

Shipping

Shipping prices include packaging supplies as well as the basic cost of mailing your order.

All items will now be shipped out in corrugated boxes instead of padded mailing envelopes. this is for added safety and protection during delivery.

Currently I ship to the United States and Canada. However, if you live in another country and are interested in making a purchase, please convo me first and I can calculate the shipping price for you.

Refunds and Exchanges

It is always my desire to create something that you will love and enjoy for many years to come. However, if for whatever reason you are dissatisfied with your order, please convo me within three days of receiving your package and we can try to work things out. If working things out is not possible, then I will accept returns and refund the price of the item, minus shipping costs.

Decorative objects and friendly robots which may appear in photographs are not included in any sales. Only items specifically listed in the item description are included. Please convo me if there is any confusion caused by my less-than-great writing skills. :-)
