Payment

Payment should be made using any major credit card via PayPal.

Paypal also adds an option to pay directly with your credit card, without being registered.

All items must be paid for within three days of purchase. If you need more time, no problem! Please send me a convo to make arrangements prior to your purchase.

Payment must be received before item is shipped. When paying by PayPal e-check, the check must clear before item is shipped.

I do accept personal checks & money orders, please inquire first. Just hit "OTHER" in payment options, and leave a note in the "Messages to Seller" or convo me first.

**Ohio residents, please note:

7.75% sales tax is added on all orders directly from PayPal. Since shipping rates will most likely be lower to those closest to me, (see below) you will most likely not be charged more at all. Shipping is estimated to the furthest U.S. distances, so I will happily adjust your shipping fees to accommodate this change, and refund any difference directly to your PayPal account.

Shipping

********All art is securely packaged, sent right to your door!*******

Most packages are shipped US Priority Mail. For over-sized items, this delivery option may be changed to UPS or Fed Ex.

Insurance & delivery confirmation is added to each package. Please be sure to have items shipped to an address where they can be signed for to avoid any losses. I unfortunately cannot cover losses from theft of items, so please note when your packages are set to arrive. Email confirmation is added to your shipment for easy tracking!

Your orders must be shipped to the confirmed address associated with your PayPal account. Please notify me through a convo or in the "message to seller" when completing your order if shipping to another location. I cannot send orders with differing addresses unless explained prior!

**AS A NOTE: I do estimate my shipping from Ohio to furthest points, so if the shipping amount is overly excessive, or if you would like to combine shipping, I do happily refund through PayPal...or converse with me beforehand to adjust totals. I'm just cool like that!

*** International Orders ***
Please contact me first to arrange shipment.

I do not have international shipping set up automatically. I will relist the item, reserved for the international buyer with the shipping charges readjusted. These charges will most likely vary from the U.S., though I do want to keep the costs as low cost to you as possible!

Please email me with your address, region & country codes so that I may more accurately advise of shipping costs.

The buyer is responsible for any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery. I will work with you to defer any of these costs if I am able!

***WARNING--CONSUMER RANT BELOW***

Though I have always preferred sending out the most prettiest packages with all new materials, I am revamping my systems to recycle as much as possible now. This may sometimes include the box your art is shipped in, as well as newspaper for extra padding.

If your art is being shipped as a gift, please let me know so that I may find other materials for your shipping.

I try to keep all of my shipping costs as cost effective as possible, and never add extra costs for packaging materials. Recently, with increasing gas surcharges & even buying from suppliers who use recyclables themselves---I am getting more & more miffed at the costs we consumers are charged to do business! I refuse to let this be something that I need to reflect by increasing the amount for shipping my art.

So, please be aware of my own intentions of trying to keep it real, keep it green, and keep making my clients as happy as I possibly can!!! :)

Refunds and Exchanges

Please notify me immediately if your artwork should ever arrive damaged. I work really hard to ship as securely as possible, and promise to resolve any issues as best I can.

In a case where this may happen, please keep all packaging in tact as you have received it. This is needed to present to the US Post Office in order to file an insurance claim.

Insurance and/or Signature Confirmation is included in each of my packages, so please be aware that these packages must be signed for. Any packages that are left by your carrier can be stolen! I cannot assume responsibility for theft, so I do everything I can from my end to make sure that your packages arrive safely.
