Welcome to my policies page. Please note that customer service is of the utmost importance to me. Please convo me with any questions or comments. I'm flexible, communication is key. :)

Payment

I prefer paypal.

Sorry, I can't take RME payments as I am not in the states. :(

Shipping

**all items will be shipped to the PAYPAL address**

Items will be shipped within 4 business days of your purchase. Custom orders will take longer to ship due to fabrication times, but on average are shipped in less than a week.

Shipping rates DO NOT include insurance, confirmation or tracking numbers because Canada Post does not offer those options with their base package rates.

Upgraded shipping with insurance and tracking numbers is available, please ask me for a quote (usually ~ $3.50 more). I use 3 carriers, Canada Post, UPS, and Fedex. I'm open to other carriers if you prefer them.

International orders are quite welcome.

I AM NOT responsible for lost items in the mail, however I will do my best to correspond with Canada Post and track the item with them. I find Canada Post, while expensive and a tad slow, is a reliable mail carrier.

Refunds and Exchanges

Generally, refunds are not accepted. Please convo me regarding any unusual circumstances.

CUSTOM ORDERS:

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE custom orders. We can make any item perfect just for you by changing fabrics or designing a new item alltogether. I am happy to show you what fabrics I have on hand, and I am more than willing to order a particular fabric that you are interested in for an item.

Payment is due at the start of the project.
