Welcome

Welcome to my shop, where you will find handmade stationery and notebooks. I make everything myself in my home studio, which is smoke and pet free btw.

Payment

I accept secure payments through Paypal. All payments must be made within 7 days, or the item will be relisted and the order cancelled.

Shipping

I ship from Scotland worldwide. All items will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt of payment Monday to Thursday. Orders made and paid for at the weekend (Fri, Sat, Sun) will be shipped on the Monday. Goods will be shipped to the Etsy address supplied unless otherwise informed - please make sure it is up to date.

Please be aware that random customs checks can delay your purchase, unfortunately these are beyond my control.

Packing: I will occasionally re-use padded envelopes to ship items, as long as they are still in good condition. I don't believe we should waste that which can be used again.

Refunds and Exchanges

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please convo me within 7 days of receipt. The buyer will be responsible for return shipping, and only the Paypal payment will be refunded.
