IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ!
Most orders are completed with in 5-7 days (see item for standard creation times). Shipping is with in 2-3 days of completion of your order.

Please bear in mind that each item will be created custom for you, we do not keep an inventory of many items (OOAK items excluded, those are in stock). Once in a rare while we do get a day or two behind so please do convo me & ask the status of your order if it's been 7 or more days & it's not marked shipped. We do try to make sure we contact people if we get behind, but it is possible to miss a person. So please convo. :D

If you need your item by a particular date please convo me as soon as you order so I can let you know if the item can be done in time.

Payment

We accept PayPal. If you are unable to use PayPal please convo before purchasing & let me know how you can pay. I will let you know if we can accept it & what the terms would be.

Shipping

US
Packages are shipped First Class. There is no tracking on these packages, just delivery confirmation. Cutting Boards, Boxes & Children's Toys may be shipped via FedEx Ground at our discretion & may require a physical address instead of a PO Box. You may convo me before you buy to upgrade your shipping. I will then make a custom listing for you with the upgraded shipping.

Canada
Packages are shipped 1st Class. There is no tracking or delivery confirmation on these packages. You may convo me before you buy to upgrade your shipping. I will then make a custom listing for you with the upgraded shipping.

Everywhere else
Packages are shipped 1st Class. There is no tracking or delivery confirmation on these packages. You may convo me before you buy to upgrade your shipping. I will then make a custom listing for you with the upgraded shipping.
