Payment

I only accept Paypal, unless you live in the UK like me and then a cheque or postal order may be acceptable.

My turnover time is 2 weeks for a custom order - I will aim to get it posted within that time whenever possible. I do have a lot of other things to do, but I try and sew things as often as I can.

Shipping

I ship using first or second class in the UK, Airmail to the rest of the world. Please bear in mind it usually takes anything up to 2 weeks to reach an international destination.

I am not responsible for any losses, delays or damage incurred by the Post Office. I package with care, though if something is lost I can try and chase it up for you. If you'd prefer insurance, convo me and request.

Refunds and Exchanges

Each item is lovingly made and finished off by hand - I do each one as neatly as possible, though there will be mistakes on occassion. I'm always trying to improve my skills!

If you are really disappointed with an item for whatever reason, please contact me and let me know. I want you to be happy with it!

Fabric isn't pre-treated for staining. I use all of the fabrics on my own dolls first, and haven't encountered any problems.

Additional Policies and FAQs

From Smoke free but not pet free enviroment. We have most pets imaginable, but none come in actual contact with my fabric/sewing area. It should still be noted that there still may be a possibiliy that animal hair or dander may reach my items.

Of course all items are sticky rollered carefully before mailing out. ^_^
