Payment

* Currently, I only accept Paypal, money orders and checks. But please keep in mind that I will not mail items out until all payment has cleared.

* Paypal payment must be made within 24 hours.

* Money order and check payment must be received within 5 business days.

* You must be a verified user in order for me to accept your paypal p.ayment

Shipping

* Shipping: Most of my shipping is done first class. If you want something expedited, then let me know and I'll charge you separately.

* I try my best to keep shipping costs down...please know that the cost not only includes shipping, but the materials used to get your product to your safely and in good shape.

* When I can, I will try to recycle materials for shipping. (Gotta keep it earth friendly, ya'll) So that box that you get from Crate and Barrel may not be china. :)

* If you want shipping upgraded (confirmation delivery, insurance, etc) please let me know and I will update your invoice.

Refunds and Exchanges

* You can return an item for a full refund in case of defect or mistake on my part. In some cases you can exchange an item in mint condition for another item, but you must pay the additional shipping (yours and mine). I try to be flexible but reserve the right to deny an exchange for any reason.

* I do not offer refunds for shipping errors (ie. getting lost or damaged in the mail)
