Welcome

Welcome to Juko Designs, we make a range of products using our own fabrics which we weave and design in our studio in Yorkshire, UK.

Payment

We accept Paypal and cheques. Please note when paying by cheque we wait for the cheque to clear before posting the item out.

Shipping

We will ship items within 3 working days of receiving payment.

In the UK we will use First Class recorded delivery which aims to deliver within 1 working day.

For Everywhere Else we will use airmail which aims to deliver to Europe in 3 days and the rest of the world in 5 days.

All delivery estimates are by Royal Mail and are out of our control.

Items are covered up to £36/$72 insurance if you would like more cover please contact us for details of the additional costs.

Please note we are not responsible for any customs fees or import taxes that the parcel may incur.

Refunds and Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase and if for any reason you are not pleased with the item please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item and we will do our best to resolve your problem

We will fully refund any faulty items. If you have just had a change of heart we will be happy to refund the purchase price but the item must be returned, unused, in mint condition at your own cost.

Every effort is taken to ensure that the images are an accurate representation of the bags however please note that colours may vary slightly due to differences in the viewing screen.
