Hello and Welcome to my shop!

Jewelry is hand made by me, Rita Cadena, at my home in Charlotte, North Carolina. I make pieces that reflect my style and mood which is why each item is unique in that I like to use diffent materials, colors and textures. I do make custom pieces. Most items are one of kind or limited edition.

Payment

PAYMENTS & CANCELLATION POLICY:

I accept Paypal payments however you can pay by credit card even if you don't have a Paypal account. Payment must be received before order can be shipped.

Please confirm any changes to order via email within 24hrs. Once an item is shipped however, order cannot be canceled. If you need to cancel an order, please contact me first.

SALES TAX:

North Carolina: I need to add sales tax of 7.25% to all orders shipped in NC.

Shipping

SHIPPING RATES & INFORMATION:

US: First Class mail with Delivery Confirmation $3
Canada: First Class International $3.50
International: First Class International $4.00

All US orders are normally shipped within 2 business days Monday - Friday(excluding holidays) via USPS First Class mail with Delivery Confirmation.

Some items may have longer lead times in which case I will make note in the item description.

UPDGRADES (US ORDERS):

If you need something rushed, please convo me before making payment so I can send you a revised invoice. Additional shipping charges may apply.

If you would like insurance on your package, please convo me before you pay and I will send you a revised invoice with insurance added.

If you prefer USPS PRIORITY for USA deliveries, just convo me and I can amend your order. USPS Priority Mail is often delivered in just 2-3 business days across the USA.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Please allow some extra time for your package to arrive. Some international shipments can be delayed due to Customs, so please allow extra time (could take up to 3-4 weeks.)

The customer is responsible for any customs or taxes due.

Refunds and Exchanges

REFUNDS & EXCHANGE POLICY:

I want everyone to be happy with their purchase. If you are not happy for any reason, I will accept a return if you contact me within 2 days of receiving your item. To get a refund, you must contact me by email within 48hrs of receipt. All refunds will be processed through Paypal.

DAMAGED ITEMS:

I carefully wrap and ship items in bubble mailers so items will arrive in perfect condition. I am sorry but I am not responsible for items damaged during shipping.

CUSTOM ORDERS:

Custom orders are final. Due to the nature of customized pieces I can not accepts refunds or exchanges.

Please feel free to contact me if you see a piece that you would like to have customized for you (longer or shorter chain, different earring hooks, different color options, etc).

Note: If a particular item or material is out of stock, I will notify you within 24hrs.
