Payment
Preferred method of payment is immediately through PayPal or within 5 days from sale date by money order/cashier's check. Please contact me if there may be a delay.
A report to etsy along with negative feedback may result if no pay and communication occurs from buyer within 5 days of purchase.
Shipping
Shipping occurs as soon as cleared payments have been received. I carefully inspect and safely package all items. Costs cover packing and materials, gas, and mileage to the post office. Once a package leaves my hands, I am not responsible if no insurance is purchased. If you'd like insurance, please contact me before your purchase so I may include it in the price.
Refunds and Exchanges
Custom orders and items that were damaged after shipment do not qualify. (please also see shipping for more info.) If a return/exchange is granted, items must be returned back in new and unused condition. Refunds of original sale price minus return s&h cost may be given the way in which payment was received. You may also wish to initiate a store credit.

Feedback is an important etsy feature. It enables us all to get a glimpse of what they'll be buying into by seeing how others experiences were with the seller. I would appreciate that once you receive an item that you do leave feedback and I will respond accordingly to yours.
