MAILING LIST: Want to know when your favorite item goes on sale? Want to be informed of new products? Simply send me a message with mailing list as the subject and I'll be sure to add you. Please know that I will never, ever give your information to anyone else. I DESPISE spam and I will only contact you on very special occasions.

CUSTOM ORDERS: As I stated before, I am happy to do a custom order for you. Custom orders require a 50% deposit up front (non-refundable).

Payment

Immediate payment is available through paypal (my preferred payment method) or I will accept cashier's checks/money orders. However, be aware that if paying by cashier's check I will wait for funds to clear before shipping the product.

Shipping

If you have no shipping preference, I will use US First Class Mail. I ship items within 3 days of receipt of payment. However, if you want your products sent priority or overnight, or would like them sent via UPS or FedEX, please let me know when you purchase and I will send you a modified invoice.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you return the item within 7 days of receipt because of a mistake I made in construction or description, etc., then I will refund your money and pay for return shipping. If you return the item for any other reason, I will refund your money, but will not refund shipping. I will not accept returns after 7 days.
