Payment
I accept PayPal and Google Checkout. To pay via Google Checkout, select the "Other" payment option during checkout. I will send an invoice to the email address you have registered with Etsy.
If payment is not received after three (3) days, the sale will be canceled and the item relisted. Once payment is received, I will leave you positive feedback. Items are shipped once payment is cleared.
Alabama residents must pay 9% sales tax.
Shipping
Shipping charges include:
- USPS First Class postage
- Delivery Confirmation (US) or Certificate of Mailing (everywhere else)
- Bubble mailer (on first item in order only)
Shipping charge overages of $1 or more will be refunded via the method used to pay for your order.
Buyers are responsible for any customs/duties fees.
Items are shipped each Friday via USPS. If you placed your order after 5pm US Central time on Thursday, it will ship Friday of the next week. Items are shipped First Class Mail.
Refunds and Exchanges
Items purchased here may be one of a kind, so, if they are lost or damaged, they may not be replaceable. If that is the case, a refund will be issued.
Items in their original condition can be returned up to 14 days after the item is shipped. A refund will be issued when the item has been returned and received.
Additional Policies and FAQs
To request a custom order, you can contact me via email or using Etsy's Alchemy feature. Custom orders can take up to 3 weeks to be completed and shipped.
All items contain small parts and are not intended for use by children.
