Welcome to my shop policies page. I know that you have thousands of other sites to choose from here on etsy and consider it an honor if you choose to purchase from me. I will do everything I can to make your experience with me an enjoyable one. Most of all you should be completely happy with your handmade item. I try very hard to make all of my items the best possible quality and price them competatively.

Payment

I expect payment of all purchases to be completed within 24 hours of putting them into your cart. I am happy to allow you the time needed to make your final decision, but if you should decide against an item please take it out of your cart so that other shoppers may see the item and have a chance to purchase it. All items not paid for in 24 hours will be put back into the store. My preferred method of payment is Paypal. I will also accept your personal check but I can't ship your purchase untill the check clears my bank. This can take up to 10 days in some cases.

Shipping

I will ship your items out, first class mail
as soon as payments are processed, usually with in 2-3 days. If you would like insurance on any items, please convo me, I'll put your items on reserve, go to the post office and find out the exact cost so you don't over pay. Then I will change the shipping fee listed. You will then be able to check out after I notify you of the change.
International Shipping: I will be happy to ship internationally. Again, if you require any special handling, insurance,customs declarations,etc., please just convo me and I will take the item to the Post office and then I will invoice you with any additional fees before you send payment.

Refunds and Exchanges

I don't have a general refund policy. I prefer to deal with each case individually. I would prefer that you contact me and let us work it out together. Most of all I want my customers to be happy with their item and hopefully become a repeat customer.
